1. Services

Middleton Massage & Wellness provides massage therapy and wellness services. Services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with Idaho state regulations.

Services are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.

2. Appointment Requests

Submitting a form or requesting an appointment online does not guarantee booking. Appointments are confirmed only after direct confirmation from our team.

We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients may be required to provide advance notice for cancellations.

Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated no-shows may result in:

Cancellation fees

Refusal of future booking

Specific cancellation timeframes may be communicated at booking.

Our cancellation policy is that we charge 100% of booked service for any same day cancellations or no show appointments. Three no show appointments will result in a membership termination and you will be charge non-member pricing to come back. We require a 24 hour notice for all appointment changes and cancellations. 

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

5. Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to receiving services.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Clients should consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.

6. SMS & Electronic Communications

By submitting your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications including appointment confirmations and reminders.

Message & data rates may apply for SMS.

You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

Interfere with website functionality

All website content is the property of Middleton Massage & Wellness and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Middleton Massage & Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond those required by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
